Bio

Born and raised in the tiny town of Bear, DE, Tara grew up performing in community theatres in and around her home state, most prominently at the historic Everett Theatre in Middletown, DE. From childhood, she passionately studied acting, vocal performance, and dance under her mentor Chloe K Boggs, and eventually began working summers as Assistant Director and primary Stage Manager for CKB Embodied Performing Arts Studio, where she has spent the last three years.

In 2023, Tara moved to New York, NY, where she currently resides. During the academic year, she studies Drama at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts and the Lee Strasberg Institute of Theatre and Film, honing her craft as a theatre and film actress. Tara is always looking for new opportunities to perform and collaborate with brilliant artists in New York. She aspires to use her resources to assist future young artists in the way so many accomplished artists have assisted her in her journey, to initiate conversations about mental health treatment, and to produce stories of women’s strength.
